I. Design regulations:

Ii. Industrial portable emergency power supply plan:

1) Protection plate (PCM) : For the protection route designed for the lithium iron phosphate battery pack, for the chemical characteristics of the lithium iron phosphate battery itself, the design has the protection of conventional overcharging, power loss, overcurrent, short circuit fault and overtemperature; It also provides the power consumption of the battery and detects the dynamic equilibrium of the group of batteries.

2) Power circuit protection: imported IC and MOS tubes are adopted to carry out real-time functional line detection of overcharging, power loss, overcurrent and short circuit failures of the cell. Intelligent management plan can make the battery volume and cycle life larger.

3) Overcurrent fuse: mainly for BMS protection ineffective design. Because the plan adopts large space and high-power cell, although the PMC has overcurrent and short circuit fault protection, if abnormal is found, the protection function will fail. In the case of short circuit fault, it will bring a large amount of current, resulting in risks. Therefore, overcurrent fuse wire is added in the plan. When abnormal short circuit fault occurs, the fuse wire will break the control circuit and cannot be repaired, so as to achieve the effect of abnormal protection.

4) Cell: LARGE26650/3.2V/3000mAh lithium iron phosphate cell, a single cell has high consistency, high reliability and cycle life of 2000 times, the main parameters of the group battery 12.8V/60Ah.

5) Current flow design: the normal operating voltage of a group of batteries is 20A, the larger operating voltage can reach 30A, and the instant starting current can reach 60A.

6) High efficiency, positive balance, low power consumption 60mA balance current, equivalent to 1.5A balance effect.

7) Battery design special type display, can be real-time detection of battery application.

8) The battery pack is fixed and protected by a plastic support frame, which is more conducive to the heat conduction and safe operation of the battery.
