1. When using a lithium-ion UPS, pay attention to the main parameters of the UPS, such as input working voltage type, output waveform type, power, long power supply system time, conversion time, well-known lithium-ion brands, noise, equipment volume, and net weight. None of the UPS is suitable for full capacity. More than 20% of the output power capacity should be embedded, with the load running between 40% and 60% of the ups rated power.

2. Turn on the UPS power supply every time it is not used for a long time. You are advised to keep the standby UPS in the inverter state for at least two to three minutes every month to charge batteries and prolong the service life of the rechargeable batteries. When charging the battery, try to prevent overcharge and overvoltage of the battery. Moderate charge and discharge will help to charge the battery.

3. Master the basic knowledge of the lithium-ion UPS, carefully read the operation manual of the mechanical equipment, and understand the contents of various warning information, warning codes, meanings of display lights, causes, and preventive measures. When one or more rechargeable batteries in a lithium battery pack are damaged, maintenance personnel should treat each rechargeable battery and conduct regular inspections and tests to remove the damaged rechargeable batteries.

7. The natural environment of switching power supply should have good natural ventilation, which is conducive to heat dissipation and keep the natural environment clean. Do not carry magnetic induction load, such as money counting machine, daylight lamp, central air conditioning, so as not to damage the UPS power supply.

8. Do not turn the ups off and on frequently. Typically, the UPS power supply can be turned on again after being turned off for 6 seconds. Otherwise, the UPS power supply may be in the Failed startup state. That is, the UPS power supply is not in the voltage output or inverter output state.

9. Maintain the UPS power supply. There is dust in the equipment. Measure the operating voltage of the lithium battery string correctly, check the running status of the cooling fan, and check and adjust major parameters of the UPS power system software.
