1. When using lithium-ion UPS, pay attention to the main parameters of the UPS, such as input voltage type, output waveform type, power, long power supply system time, conversion time, well-known lithium-ion brands, noise, equipment volume, net weight, etc. All UPS are not suitable for full load operation. More than 20% of the output power capacity should be embedded, and the load should operate between 40% and 60% of the ups rated power.

2. When the UPS power supply is not used for a long time, it should be turned on every time. You are advised to keep the reserved UPS in the inverter state for at least two to three minutes every month to charge the batteries and prolong the service life of the rechargeable batteries. When charging a battery, avoid overcurrent and overvoltage. Moderate charging and discharging will help recharge the battery.

3. Master the basic knowledge of lithium-ion UPS, carefully read the operation manual of mechanical equipment, understand the contents of various warning information, warning codes, the meaning of display lights, causes and preventive measures. 4. 5. Maintain proper working temperature. Operating temperature is a key factor affecting the service life of lithium-ion battery ups. The optimum operating temperature specified by rechargeable battery manufacturers is generally between 20-25℃. Once the operating temperature exceeds 25℃, the number of battery cycles will be every 10℃.

6. Cut it in half. Replace the used and damaged rechargeable battery immediately. In the continuous operation and application of lithium-ion UPS power supplies, it is difficult to avoid damaging some rechargeable batteries due to the differences in characteristics and quality. When one or more rechargeable batteries in the lithium battery pack are damaged, maintenance personnel shall treat each rechargeable battery and carry out regular inspection and testing to remove the damaged rechargeable battery.
